Do you build a new deck after removing the old one?
No. We're a removal and light demolition company — we take the old deck out and haul it away. Your builder can start with a clear, clean site.
Do you remove the footings and posts?
Surface posts and framing usually come out. Concrete footings depend on depth and site conditions — we'll tell you what's realistic when we quote it.
Do I need a permit for deck demolition?
Some North Jersey towns require one even for a teardown. Check with your municipality, since requirements vary across Essex and Morris County.
How much does deck removal cost?
